Delicious brunch! Amazing views! And perfect service! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The food gets 5 STARS hands down!! The service and ambiance are ok. The view is incredible if you’re there for sunset. I’d give this place 4.5 stars if I could!

Spectacular setting, river views, excellent food and attentive but not hovering wait staff. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food served. One of my favourite day trips from Portland.

Great hotel restaurant with a nice menu and amazing views of the hotel property and river. Food was great too. My wife had what she said was one of the best Arugala salads she has ever had and my Rueben sandwich was huge and excellent too. If you are in the area (even if you are not staying at the hotel) we would recommend checking it out. Side Note: the hotel is awesome too. A lot to do. I really like going to eat at the Cascade Dining Room at Skamania Lodge quite a lot. There aren't many places to eat in Stevenson, and the Cascade Dining Room gives some rustic elegance as a nice reprieve from the ordinary faire around town. There are times that the wait can be long before somebody comes to take care of you, but once the food is ordered it comes quickly and it's very good. My favorite thing on the menu are the steelhead tacos and the Angus burger is very good also. The prices are not cheap but not terribly expensive. And you can't beat the atmosphere is cozy and comfortable and during the day has a beautiful view. One thing that some people may not like is that it is a bit of a walk from the parking lot into the building so if there are any physical limitations or you don't want to go out in the cold and rain, bear that in mind.

Great atmosphere with a beautiful view. The nibbles are so nicely displayed that just looking at them is a pleasure. We enjoyed the butcher's platter on a cold, rainy day with a housemade hot buttered rum for dessert.

Gread place for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch. We had the opportunity to experience them. The service and food were good. I would recommend this place for great food.

Went here to eat breakfast with friends before we checked out of the lodge. The food was really yummy. I ordered the french toast, and so did my boyfriend. I sort of knew that I probably should have just ordered 1 and shared half of it with my boyfriend. The french toast was quite lovely. It was huge and tasted delicious. It is a bit on the dry side, so ask for more syrup. Other than that, it was really yummy. Our waitress was also really kind. If you are staying at the lodge, it is worth eating here at least once since it is a little on the expensive side.
